Devi is the girl the Johnny went out on a date with and then tried to "immortalize the moment" by killing her. She kicked his ass and escaped.
She lives in an apartment building. Above her lives Tenna her only friend who is super energetic and thinks Devi should get out more. Below her lives a physic lady who keeps telling them 2 b quit and to "die in that plane crash already". Devi quit the bookstore job and now works at nerve, drawing pictures for sucky horror stories and such...she hates that job because now she can't work on her own stuff. This includes sickness...a never finished painting of an evil looking girl doll. Now the doll is talking to her, always wanting her to go out and never finish any of her work, the little doll says she can finish herself. In comic 2 we find out a little about what happened to Johnny and that the same thing happened to him, that's why he turned out like he was. That's how he lost his artistic talent...and now the thing that had gotten to him is starting on Devi. Can she escape before it's too late 4 her?
